We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria or where our pharmacist determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
All prescription weight loss treatments are subject to approval by our registered pharmacist. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation and may contact you for additional information before making a clinical decision. Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK clinical guidelines and GPhC standards.
You must inform us promptly of any changes to your medical history, medications, or health status that may affect your treatment. We may review or withdraw your prescription at any time if we believe it is no longer clinically appropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
If your consultation is declined by our pharmacist and no prescription is issued, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees, where charged, are non-refundable once a clinical review has taken place.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your registered UK address.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
Prescription items will only be dispatched following pharmacist approval and cannot be delivered to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
You may cancel your order before pharmacist approval has been granted. Once a prescription has been approved and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns of prescription medicines in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Lochgilphead are intended to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your GP or other healthcare providers. We strongly recommend that you inform your GP of any treatments you receive from us.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
